For families of children and young people under 19 years of age, our nurses can provide emotional and practical guidance. They can give you information about our services and how we may be able to support you and your child. They can also provide information about specific conditions and signpost you to other organisations and services that may be helpful.
How to speak to a nurse
We recommend booking an appointment. It’s the quickest and easiest way to speak directly with a nurse. You can book an appointment with a nurse online or email us.
Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 4:30pm.

What happens after I book an appointment?
We will confirm that we have received your request. You will be given a date and time for your call. We will send a reminder the day before to confirm your appointment.

Our Resources and Signposting Hub is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Families can access it whenever they need help, information, or guidance. It includes helpful articles, practical tips, and links to other services and support for families of disabled children, making it easy to find the right information at any time, day or night.
