Our qualified and experienced nurses are here to listen. They can provide practical advice and emotional support if you need it. They can also tell you about our services and other organisations that may be able to help you.
How to speak to a nurse
You can book an appointment with a nurse online or email us.
We recommend booking an appointment. It’s the quickest and easiest way to speak directly with a nurse.
Nurses can provide emotional and practical guidance. They’ll be able to offer information about our services and how we could help you. They can also provide condition-specific advice, and recommend other organisations that could help.
If you email us, please include as much information as possible so we can support you effectively.
We’ll answer as soon as we can. Please allow up to 5 working days for a response.
Our nurses are not able to provide updates on applications.
