Warehouse Assistant volunteers play an important role behind the scenes, managing stock, organising it and delivering it.
It’s a great opportunity if you want to get hands-on experience in a warehouse and are happy work in a hands-on role.
- Where? Cannock- Hemlock Way Warehouse/Bridgetown Warehouse
- How often? Flexible, to be discussed
- Age? Volunteers must be over 18.

What you’ll be doing:
- Assessing donated items (hardware, fashion, and potentially other goods)
- Cleaning, repairing, and upcycling items to enhance their saleability
- Organising and preparing items for listing or display
- Supporting warehouse goods in and out, including assistance with loading and unloading deliveries, movement of stock and packing items for distribution or sale
- Collaborating with warehouse staff and other volunteers
This role might be right if you:
- Are interested in DIY, crafting or fashion
- Have good attention to detail
- Are looking for a hands-on opportunity with the physical ability to handle and move items safely
- Have an enthusiasm for supporting our mission
