How we work with stock partners

Every partnership is unique. Our dedicated account managers take time to understand your business and your stock profile and your operational needs. 

We’ve established a standard process for dealing with all stock partners, making it as easy and efficient as possible to transfer your stock to our stores:

• Tell us about your stock: Contact our team with details of the goods you would like to donate.
• We arrange collection or delivery: We work with your teams to agree on a convenient handover date.
• We sort, process and prepare items for resale: All goods are handled through our dedicated processing and warehousing facilities.
• We take full duty of care: Once received, we create a complete audit trail and ensure all resale activity aligns with your brand guidelines and requirements.
• Your stock changes lives: Funds raised go directly towards vital equipment and services for disabled children and their families across the UK.
